Responsible gambling
Gambling can affect your finances and relationships. Treat play as a leisure activity, use only money you can afford to lose and keep track of the time and money you spend.
Staying in control
Do not rely on gambling for an income or increase your spending to recover a loss. If play is disrupting daily life, relationships or other interests, consider taking time away and seeking support.
Taking a break
Our support team handles requests for temporary exclusion. Contact [email protected] to ask for a break from gambling.
Self-exclusion
You can request self-exclusion by email. We close the account as soon as we can after receiving the request. Tell us about any other accounts you hold and do not create another account. You remain responsible for those other accounts, and we do not accept liability for losses incurred through them.
Independent help
GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy offer support with gambling-related concerns.
Protecting children
Registration is restricted to adults aged 18 or above. Winnings from underage play are cancelled. Filtering software such as Net Nanny can help parents restrict access to gambling sites on shared devices.
